BOOKING PROTOCOLS:

We reserve the right to refuse to carry out treatment(s) as we see appropriate!

TREATMENT MODELS:

Models must be willing to have before and after photos/videos taken of the treatments. These maybe used for future marketing materials.
All Models must follow pre-treatment and aftercare advises given for Skin Rejuvenation/ Injectables/Electrolysis etc.

BOOKING FEES & PAYMENTS:

All bookings requires a non refundable booking fee of £50 to book an appointment
£50 non-refundable booking fee must be paid 48hrs prior to appointment in order to secure a booking.
If the total price of a treatment is £50 or less; the entire price must be paid at least 48hrs in full in order to book/secure an appointment, unless the appointment is booked for the same day.
Remaining/ outstanding balances of a treatment(s) MUST to be paid in FULL cash or via bank transfer 48 hours prior to your booked appointment...otherwise your booked appointment will be abundant and your deposit will be lost!
Any appointment(s) requests on the same day or less than 48hrs; FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking in order to book/ secure the appointment.
All sales are final & non-refundable.
All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW:

We require 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
If you do not show up to an appointment without notifying us 48hrs in advance (during open hours/days), you will automatically forfeit your booking fee and you'll be required to pay a new booking fee to reschedule a new appointment.
Appointment cancellation made less than 48hrs will result in your booking fee forfeited.
If you wish to re-schedule in less than the notice period, you will forfeit your booking fee, and another is deposit will be required.
No show or missed appointment without 48hrs notice given will result in your booking fee forfeited

LATE POLICY:

Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a £25 late fee will be incurred. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and you will need to pay a new booking fee to schedule a new appointment.

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS TO APPOINTMENTS:

NO PLUS ONEs allowed; please always come alone to your appointment, unless it’s a multi booking for a
couple or a group.
We do NOT currently allow plus ones including children under18yrs.
All under 18yrs booking must be accompanied by an adult to the appointment.

NO BABIES/ TODDLERS/ TEENS UNDER 18YRS please.

PRE APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION 24hrs before your appointment.
For facials, please ensure to arrive WITHOUT ANY MAKEUP.
For massage, please come showered.
For Sauna, ensure to drink at least 0.5 litres of water before your session.
For Fat Dissolving/ Body Contouring/ Vitamin injections please ensure to wear comfortable clothing and be well hydrated.
Please ensure to reschedule an appointment at least 48 hrs (during open hours/ days) before your scheduled appointment in order not to lose your deposit. If cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 48hrs, you will be required to a new £50 booking fee.
